1. Prepare the Area
– Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
– Lay out all your materials in a clean and organized manner.
– Choose a clean, well-lit area for your injection.
2. Preparation of Testosterone
– Clean the top of the testosterone vial with an alcohol swab to disinfect it.
– Attach the 18g needle to the syringe.
– Draw up the required amount of air into the syringe (this will be the same amount as the testosterone you need to inject).
– Insert the needle into the vial’s rubber top and inject the air into the vial.
– Invert the vial and withdraw the appropriate amount of testosterone, making sure to remove any air bubbles by gently tapping the syringe.
3. Needle Change
– Remove the 18g needle from the syringe.
– Attach the 25g needle, which will be used for injection.
4. Preparation for Injection
– Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab.
– Hold the syringe like a pencil, with the needle pointing upwards, and tap it gently to remove air bubbles.
5. Injection
– Pinch the skin at the injection site to create a small area of raised tissue.
– Swiftly insert the needle at a 90-degree angle into the pinched area.
– Slowly push the plunger to inject the testosterone.
– Withdraw the needle at the same angle it was inserted.
6. Disposal
– Place the used syringe and needle into a proper sharps disposal container.

2. Preparation of Gonadorelin
– Clean the top of the gonadorelin vial with an alcohol swab.
– Draw up 5ml of sterile water into the syringe from the “mixing kit”.
3. Mixing
– Poke the small circle in the middle of the Gonadorelin vial’s rubber top with the syringe needle.
– Inject the 5ml of sterile water into the vial.
– Gently roll the vial between your hands to ensure thorough mixing. Avoid shaking vigorously.
4. Drawing Up the Mixture
– Use the insulin syringe/needle to draw up the mixed solution.
– Draw up 0.25ml of the mixture, which will align with the 25 mark on the syringe.
5. Preparation for Injection
– Clean the injection site (often on the side of the belly) with an alcohol swab.
6. Injection
– Hold the syringe like a pencil, insert the needle into the skin at a 45-degree angle.
– Depress the plunger to inject the Gonadorelin.
7. Disposal
– Place the used syringe and needle into a proper sharps disposal container.

– Use the insulin syringe/needle to draw up the mixed solution.
– Draw up 0.1ml of the mixture, which will align with the 10 mark on the syringe. (Increase dose as directed)

– Clean the injection site (often on the side of the belly) with an alcohol swab.
6. Injection
– Hold the syringe like a pencil, insert the needle into the skin at a 45-degree angle.
– Depress the plunger to inject the Semaglutide.
